| 604200 | 2007-10-22 20:39:00 | Well I have a mate who works in a retail electronics store and he said the other day that the PS3 has been gaining popularity and they are now selling more per week than Xbox360s. Once they release there DVR device I may look at it as it would make a great media centre machine / games machine. I've heard that the TV Tuner will only be DVB-T though. |

Last month sales in the US were 119000, apparently its worst ever..... |

I have resigned to the fact I wont be getting a Quad core and new graphics card until a sell the house in May of next year, therefore are looking at a console....is the xbox 360 worth it, games, prices, controllers etc... opinions please.... Oh, my 100' projector is only 800x600 so high detail graphics would be best, until I upgrade to something better. |

| 604204 | 2007-10-22 22:02:00 | Definitely not. Neither of them are that great, but i'd take a PS3 over an Xbox 360 any day of the week. Game titles will come...it has built in support for BluRay. And it doesn't overheat nearly as easily. It is far sexier. And really, I don't give a rat's arse about Halo. Consoles will never get anywhere near what a good PC is capable of. PCs ftw. Ditto |
