772499 2009-05-09 21:31:00 I run "spybot search & destroy" (free) and have started running Spyware Cease (trial). Spybot tells me after spybot scan that I should delete "Spyware Cease". could this be a false report? Has any one else tried Spyware Cease program?
Regards

772500 2009-05-09 21:33:00 Some programs just do not work well together.
Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes work fine.

772501 2009-05-09 22:02:00 if you have a look at This forum from Spybot (forums.spybot.info) - it was listed as a false Positive. If you update/grade your Spybot S&D it should fix the problem.

Theres no real need to purchase Antispyware - there are many free good ones about ( some in my Sig) - No one antispyware program will catch every thing, so it pays to have at least 2-3.

There are new programs coming out all the time, some better than others, some are actual spyware them selves - you have to be careful what you use - esp when they say they want $$$ to remove so called " Infections" - that they put there in the first place.

772502 2009-05-09 23:07:00 Personally the only AntiSpywares I trust and use:

MalwareBytes AntiMalware
Spyware terminator
SUPER Antispyware
Spybot S & D

All free

772504 2009-05-10 03:15:00 Never heard of it, its not on Spyware Warriors list of bogus antispyware though.
It may or may not be any good, the only way to tell really is to scan with it and other known antispywares and see what, if any, it misses.
