| 773562 | 2009-05-13 09:57:00 | Has anyone had or seen (and fixed) issues with HP pavilion dv6000 running windows Vista not being able to use the built in webcam? Windows can't even see the cam, even though I've followed HP's advice and updated the firmware for the camera. |

| 773567 | 2009-05-13 22:51:00 | yep, done that twice now, still nothing. Have run all windows updates, as well as HP updates, installed the firmware update for the camera. Nothing seems to works. I've been reading up some on it as well, and seems this is quite a common problem with no apparent resolution. |
