| 773673 | 2009-05-14 22:05:00 | first of all, thanks for your help everyone. i downloaded the drivers from the hp site , installed and hallelujah! its all fixed now. still gt v8.5 but hey, i'll be super cautious about updating mt gfx drivers from now on. cheers |

| 773678 | 2009-05-15 02:10:00 | Sounds like the drivers for this card. I thought the ASUS drivers would be better than the ATI drivers. Nope, after I installed the ASUS drivers it left a little white pixel on the screen. I thought it was a stuck pixel, it wasnt. The cause were the drivers. It was a bug, or something. So, I uninstalled them, reinstalled the ATI drivers, and voila white pixel was gone. I even took the monitor back to the shop, and the pixel didnt appear. Thats how I found out, the ASUS drivers were the cause. And I've used ATI drivers ever since. |
