Strange, though: can ring UK and USA for 3 cents a minute while AKL and Wgtn costs 5 cents. You can buy calling cards from a petrol station, dairy, supermarkets, DSE. Check the fine print for surcharges and off peak rates (get one with no surcharge and same low rate all the time). |
