If he's based in America, it wouldn't surprise me! I think the only American who knows where NZ is is SurferJoe46 - and sometimes I wonder about that! :D

Send him an email and get clarification - probably the easiest option...
I think this guy is scammer i won't trade with him, i don't want to risk my $$ :nerd:

I don't deal with ebay, but know from Zillion & TradeMe that sensible sellers don't send until after they've received payment.

johcar's suggestion of emailing him for an explanation makes sense.
That won't cost you, so what have you got to lose?
