| 775015 | 2009-05-18 21:55:00 | Hi guys, I have an usb hdd caddy for my old laptops hard drive i was using it through usb and was working fine so far... Last night i reckon i burned it and not working anymore. I have this hard drive: www.getpartsonline.com now i `m trying to find a new caddy for it but all i found is SATA but mine is ATA. Do you reckon SATA def. not works with ATA? and also can you suggest any shop that i can look at? I`ve looked at trademe but nothing... Cheers... Edit: Also when the caddy was burned a smoke came out, do you think Hard Drive is ok or it might damage it as well? |
