| 774446 | 2009-05-16 23:45:00 | I need to change screen resolution when I am using a data projector - is there a way I can 'lock' the icons in position when I do this? The need to rearrange the icons again when I return to my 'working' resolution is driving me batty! :thanks |

| 774449 | 2009-05-17 00:43:00 | THe best solution I've found is right click>arrange icons by>then disable icons Then re-enable when needed, so the position doesn't get lost. I'm still researching a way to create a shortcut to toggle this. WIll get back to you on this(you could then assign a keyboard shortcut) EDIT:Found this (www.geocities.com) BTW you can still access your deskotp icons via windows explorer EDIT AGAIN: THis is even better! www.paranoia.clara.net Blam |
