The first was a case where a private individual lay certain charges against the French terrorists after sinking the Rainbow Warrior. I think the second ever case was one I initiated myself when police refused to lay charges against a guy who broke into my property and stole something... I went ahead and researched the law and lay charges myself. |

Since their tribe didnt sign the treaty of Waitangi, the laws of NZ especialy gun laws might not apply to them. I say gun laws because people need guns if they want to defend themselves especialy from black clad ninjas with plastic goggles and radios. They might legaly be a nation within a nation like some native Americans (Indians) in USA and Canada. C1 C1 |
