774838 2009-05-18 06:29:00 Do you get an error message or just blank information? Do you have Service Pack 1 installed? Jen (38)

774840 2009-05-18 11:59:00 Do you mean the Windows Experience Index Score?
Go to Control Panel>Performance Information And Tools, and click on Update My Score.

774841 2009-05-19 00:04:00 Hi all , the error message I get is that there is a problem with, drivers (all up to date) hardware ( Intel E8500, 4GB Ram, Gigabyte X38-DS5 motherboard, Asus EN8500GT Graphics) or operating system (Vista Home Premium).
For some reason Need for speed Undercover will not run(dos screen comes up but just hangs there with just a blinking cursor, And when I went to EA games site it would not rate my computer to run the game.
Yes I did mean,Windows Experience Index Score.

774843 2009-05-19 04:03:00 Hi No there are no X or ! in the device manager, I can not find a way of posting the screen shot. So here's the text of the error message:-
Cannot complete assessment.
The assessment or other operation did not complete successfully. this is due to an error being reported from the operating system, driver.or other component.

774844 2009-05-19 04:21:00 You're not the only one with this prob (www.google.co.nz +complete+successfully.+this+is+due+to+an+error+be ing+reported+from+the+operating+system%2C+driver.o r+other+component.&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a). Some sites say the card may not be compatible, others say this happens with some Nvidia cards Speedy Gonzales (78)
774845 2009-05-19 04:57:00 I wouldn't sweat about it. You know you have a nice pc. :) wratterus (105)
774846 2009-05-19 07:25:00 If you want a proper bechmark of your PC's performance get something like this:
service.futuremark.com

Vista's Benchmarking(WEI) is just supposed to give you an idea of what games you can run.
