So I wanted a refund which they said they will but its been another week now and the guy told me on monday that the accountant is going to refund the payment this monday I still haven't receive anything Are there any place I can go to to raise this issue? They simply taken my money |

They simply taken my money Call them again and if that doesn't work then the Commerce Commission would be the next step up, for advice or seeking recourse. |

| 608904 | 2007-11-07 19:29:00 | It seems they have promise me a refund as of yesterday as their accountant wasnt in.I called in at 3:50pm only to be told that the accountant is still not yet in the shop but was promised that a refund was to be made and appear in my account today. it is still not in my account after ringing them for the past 2 weeks . They kept saying they will call me back but never did. Has anyone contact the commerce commision before ? |

Don't accept the fact that they need an accountant for repaying what must be a reasonably small amount. Years ago I had a client who kept making the same excuse about using the accountant. It was only $10 (worth more then however) so I went round and made it obvious I was not leaving without the bill being paid. Suddenly it was found the accountant (who probably did not exist) was not needed. Tom Tom |
