| 775221 | 2009-05-20 01:07:00 | I have a user who has created multiple subfolder contact lists within their Outlook 2007 contacts. The issue is that when he selects Contacts as his source for choosing recipients it doesn't display the contacts which are in the subfolders created in his contacts. Anyone know how this can be displayed. Using MS Outlook 2007 and MS Exchnage 2007. Thanks, |

| 775222 | 2009-05-20 02:29:00 | right click on the sub folder and choose properties. Click on the outlook address book tab and then tick the show this folder as an email address book button. Restart Outlook for good measure and you should be able to select the subfolder from the drop down list now. Make sense? B. |
