And didn't Adine Wilson make a good speech at the end. Compare that to Richie McCaw's pathetic respone when we lost in Cardiff. He did nto even congratulate the French. Regards Digby |

Regards Digby "We Only Just Lost" . . . . Thats why we never get to the pinnacle because we feel satisfied in being second best . Champions need to think like Champions ! Sure thats a good consolation for a very good performance by Silver Ferns - but having that mentality breeds Chokers! . . . We get there to have that once chance of being at top of the pinnacle and then get pressured and fail because in the back of our mind we say - what the hack even if we loose, we still did well !!!! . . . |

We need to change our piss poor mental attitude that we have developed in this soft assed PC correct loving country where it is "all right" to compete with out winning as long as you have a good time. That doesn't cut it and it doesn't work - which is proved by our empty trophy cabinet. YOU GO OUT TO WIN - what ever it takes, what ever you need to to YOU GO TO WIN. |
