| 612046 | 2007-11-16 10:36:00 | 2650 Grains for me then I noticed that some questions were repeated. There seems to be no time limit either. What about 1 grain of rice for the first square on a chess board, 2 grains for the second square. 4 grains for the third. 8 grains for the fourth. 16 for the fifth. etc There are 64 squares on a chess board. Do not forget to add the result of all 64 squares. How many grains will we have? If we assume 1 grain of rice equals one gram how much will the total weigh in Kilograms? |

| 612047 | 2007-11-16 11:07:00 | This was made for language nuts like me. Once started, hard to stop. Pulled the plug at 2400 grains because it was becoming addictive. I see Sweep lasted even longer - and yes, I did notice a few questions came up twice. |

| 612049 | 2007-11-16 16:14:00 | Meaning and use of words is perhaps my top skill (makes up a bit for my lack of skill with computors :) ). My stamina less than most - only got up to 490 before went to bed. Highest level = 44 learnt that qhahog is a hard shell clam used often for making chowder. A littleneck is a young qhahog which can be eaten raw. I now know what to ask for if I ever visit Surfer Joe's part of the world ! ;) Misty |
