| 1438680 | 2017-08-30 21:42:00 | Hi all, noticed once before and now again, when opening Windows Explorer, W10, in the Recent Files panel, this file written in Chinese and on the Desktop, except there isn't a file like that on the Desktop. 8239 Are there hidden files on the screen? |

I would be suspicious of that file, sent it virustotal.com to have it scanned It may just be a tmp file that some program is putting there , but better safe than sorry. Run a malware scan (malwarebytes etc) |
