And this will stop windowsupdate from installing updated drivers automatically I had to use this to hide the printer driver updates. Because I had already installed them. And when windowsupdate tried to update them, it kept failing And when it kept failing I couldnt install / update anything else. ie: The virus defs., or windows updates Because it went round in circles continuously, trying to update whatever driver |
