| 1438507 | 2017-08-23 07:49:00 | In the last couple of weeks this printer won't print over WiFi connection but will when connected by cable. The printer is showing in the printer dialogue as ready which seems to show that it is connected to the network. However it is showing an error as follows: Another computer is using the printer. The following status is the usage status of that computer. --- Creating print data. No other computer is connected. Any ideas please? Many thanks |

| 1438508 | 2017-08-23 08:39:00 | Try what someone said here (community.usa.canon.com) You could do: Control Panel > Systems & Security > Administrive Tools > Services. Then scroll down to Print Spooler. Open Print Spooler. Stop it, then start it. Or windows key+r type services.msc then do the above |
