| 613802 | 2007-11-22 06:54:00 | Having been in highly populated countries elsewhere in the world I'm all for as small a population in NZ as possible. We live in a paradise and don't realise it. Go to Europe or the UK. There is not a single isolated spot you can go where hundreds of people have not previously stood. Here people still get lost and die. Remote actually means something. I've never accepted the argument that we'd be wealthy if we had more people. Quite the opposite actually. Look at the most populated nations of the world - China, India, and Indonesia. Certainly there are some well-off individuals but for billions of people, life is nasty brutal and short. One of the epiphanies I had in India was that for the average Indian, privacy and quiet are unknown. |

She travels from singapore to malaysia . Business pays for her trip . Taxi is low and she has the spare money to go for a spring in japan:) |

| 613806 | 2007-11-22 07:58:00 | I migrated to NZ and found this country to be a much nicer place in terms of safety, nature and environment. Much, much much much cleaner than Indonesia or China, much much much more natural landscapes. I'd like to keep it that way as I've come to call NZ home. Indonesia? If I was still in there, I probably would be dead by now. | qazwsxokmijn (102) | ||

Lurking. Ps. If 110 percent of the population voted for 100 mps' those ratbags in Wellington would still settle for 121 plus!. lurks. |

Oh yes put some more houses on some good productive flat land what a great idea. Some of the best market gardening land is already covered in housing. Trentham through to Petone( Surfa Joe would probably pronounce it pet one). It's about time they forced new housing onto unproductive land areas. As for the population I reckon about five. Me and four good woman.:p |

After a nice day of hot spring I would go night shopping and hunt down to see what electronics are japan making.NZ only have dicksmith..?? And our lifestyle means that we don't have to breathe excessive carbon monoxide 24/7. So yeah, go to Hong Kong and live the life. And the smell. And the living waste. And the unending pollution. And the dead on the streets. And the maniacal government. And the... etc etc. |
