| 614429 | 2007-11-23 22:55:00 | Someone got murdered yesterday in our part of the woods apparently. Lots of police cars and what not yesterday. And my work colleague lives right across the road from where it happened. Worst part is, she just moved in to that area. It'll be on 3 News tonight I hope. /rant |

Yesterday we had to rely on the grapevine to find out why there were 10 police cars zooming up and down the road and the police helicopter overhead. A phone call to the neighbours to enquire as to why they had the helicopter circling round their chimney pot led to a similar phone call from them to their back neighbours, to a further phone call to theirs... 2 wanted guys who went bush were found with the help of dogs apparently. Didn't rate a mention on the news. |
