2009-05-26 22:44:00 | Are you getting it through windowsupdate (I dont think its there yet is it)?? Or did you download the full install file? It looks like comodo can cause that error (it locks something). Is SP1 installed? You have to install SP1 before SP2 | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2009-05-26 22:46:00 | it is through windowsupdate, theres an article on the PCW site about it. dont have comodo installed on the laptop and ues SP1 is installed

2009-05-26 22:52:00 | Are you defragging or something / using checkdisk?? If you are, kill it. That error means: The destination file system volume is not available. Verify that another program, such as CheckDisk, is not running, which would lock the volume. When the volume is available, Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) will try again.

2009-05-27 00:41:00 | Anyone know how to slipstream the SP2 into a Vista Ultimate SP1 DVD? Hope to do a fresh install with the new SP2.

2009-05-27 01:43:00 | Try Vlite (http://www.vlite.net/) | wainuitech (129) | |
2009-05-27 01:50:00 | You may still have to slipstream SP1 beforehand tho. According to the MS download site, SP1 is required before you install SP2. So, you cant slipstream SP2 by itself | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2009-05-27 02:54:00 | I've heard vLite doesn't work with SP2 | Vecaren (14444) | |
