| 616646 | 2007-11-30 00:18:00 | I have a user who has bought a new BlackBerry. I've taken the SIM out of the old one and placed it in the new one. And I get the "Insert SIM Card" message. So just to be sure that I was putting it in correctly, I put my own SIM in and it works perfectly. So the BlackBerry handset is OK. Then I put his SIM into my own phone and it works perfectly. So I'm going to assume the SIM is ok too. So now I'm stumped? Anyone ever had this problem before? The BlackBerry is a Curve 8310. By the way, Vodafone have no clue - both the BlackBerry support line and 2 Vodafone stores were left stratching their heads... Thanks Susan |
