| 616102 | 2007-11-28 23:13:00 | OK PF1, time to get out the cameras and post what your trolling station looks like:D i'll show you mine if you show me yours:thumbs: well here goes (www.imagef1.net.nz) (que music from tv home shows) you'll see that mine has dual monitors for maximum trolling efficiency, acrylic case so i can quickly get model numbers / detect fires, and with a backlit keyboard the whole system doubles as very effective lighting for my flat:D all this set on a quality solid pine desk with years of "character" engraved into it from years of abuse in a different household, including deep scratches/gouges right where i use my mouse you'll also note i broke my keyboards legs:o, have two digital cameras, a motorcycle indicator handy, a compressed air engine, cup of coffee, watch with broken strap and a pen yes the 5.1 channel surround sound headphones actually give surround sound, and yes the microphone (came with motherboard) stuck on my secondary monitor works very well - it's a shame i'm using crappy onboard sound though you may notice the power plug cleverly placed by my feet so in event of emergency i can quickly cut power - actually in reality i sometimes subconciously fiddle whilst gaming/working and accidentally unplug it, causing much panic and frustration (and one day soon an electric shock) you can't see the world's noisiest printer off on the left though |

| 616103 | 2007-11-28 23:30:00 | Mines pulled to bits for the move. But it looked like a desk with a bunch of empty beer bottles around it, some cds, various games lying everywhere, dirty washing on the floor and my magic trunk filled with all sorts of stuff. The only clean part was just immediately around the PC. Why? Its in the guest room and I cant be bothered cleaning it up:D |
