777493 2009-05-27 19:31:00 My microsoft wireless mouse no longer has a "right click " function! Any suggestions as to what may be causing this and how to rectify the problem as it is incredibly annoying.

Thanks in advance.

777495 2009-05-27 22:11:00 Most probably faulty. If its under warranty bring it back to the shop.

Otherwise, you can try opening device manager(run>devmgmt.msc) right click the mouse>uninstall>reboot

777497 2009-05-27 22:54:00 Maybe it's been dropped? Happened to me once, and would not connect properly. I think they are fragile units, and don't like being knocked about. kahawai chaser (3545)
777498 2009-05-28 06:55:00 Not Dropped
Not Under Warranty
Not flat batteries (just put new ones in - no change)

More a case of one minute it was working the next it wasn't - bugger:crying

777499 2009-05-28 10:13:00 You can try opening it, I fixed my scroll wheel for my laptop mouse by fiddling with it inside. Nothing to lose anyways I guess Blam (54)
777500 2009-05-28 10:24:00 Tried resetting it? There should be a button underneath it. feersumendjinn (64)
777501 2009-05-29 05:13:00 Faulty microswitch maybe

Test it on another PC to see if it still works
