| 777316 | 2009-05-27 10:21:00 | HI guys I can't see my DVD drive on my laptop anymore I think its because I uninstalled InCD. But shouldn't it still work? my other computer (desktop) doesn't have it but it can see its DVD devices. Updating driver doesn't work. In device manger it has a Yellow exclamation mark. Under properties and then device status it says: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available. Checking for solution doesn't seem to work I can't install InCD because it just says: their is a newer version of Nero product on your system that you are trying to install. Please uninstall all Nero Products besides SIPPS products first and start the installation again I have uninstalled everything already using Revo Uninstaller Help Please |
