A monitor that supports 100hz at 640x480 will always support it no matter what. if it becomes faulty and can no longer work properly at that frequency, you will still be able to choose that frequency but may not get what you expect. If modes disappear from the list it's the fault of drivers/windows/etc The EDID data stored in the monitor will always be the same |
