| 618127 | 2007-12-06 02:33:00 | Probably because of all the hype. NZ: Clean, green, friendly. Well its not so clean and green. Jobs can be limited. Manufacturing has mostly gone overseas. There sin't too much science here. What would a animation specialist do here for instance? Weta is full. Stuff like that. I met one the other day, plays around at home rendering and stuff now. He came from England. He doesn't mind though, his wife works at the local library. Maybe I'm too sensible. Seems like some people make a major move without a proper investigation of what they're letting themselves in for. I visited NZ twice, for 3 months and 6 months before applying for residency. But you hear of people buying a house next door to a pub then complaining about the noise....lol Martynz |
