| 617499 | 2007-12-05 02:48:00 | Add Next Electronics to the list, theyre a bunch of ripoffs....... just a side note.... afaik there is a big shortage of GOOD electronic techs. also the trade is more consumer driven these days (ie why spend $30 fixing a $300 tv). speedys comments are getting more comman with the big crowds simply because they can't get decent staff thanks to a poor training setup the gov shoved in. |

Then, I bought a DVD R/W which was faulty and under Warrenty so I got my Son to return it and pick up the replacement . That’s when the s . . t hit the fan . They weren’t prepared to replace it and he wasn’t leaving without a replacement . Then one of them made a big mistake . He waved his fist under the son’s nose . Now, the son’s got a fairly short fuse and I understand handles himself well in a stouch, so it was all on . The end result was the faulty DVD R/W got smashed by one of the Indians, the Son went behind the counter, selected a new one and left exchanging obscenities with some excited Indians . The moral of the story is these guys do not honour any Warranty Claims . And if you’ve got a claim, return it in person and go prepared for a bit of Biff’o . :lol: |
