The "PressF1 member of the year award 2007" is an award organised by me. The member is chosen by us. (Perhaps you are still embroiled in the quantum state of being offline while browsing PressF1 online at the same time?) Cheers :) |

I just saw the advert for it in the red banner above so mentioned it in this thread. I suggest that whoever at Fairfax decided on the extra prizes without notifying non-Fairfax Mods personally in advance ( so you had to find out from the banner ad ) needs a lesson in good manners. Bearing in mind your efforts on this forum, that seems to me like atrocious bad manners. |

The competition and prices took a lot of us off guard, as it is being arranged by someone not even remotely related to PF1 . (ie, not me) The competition will be judged by PC World editorial staff, and winners will be (if all goes to plan) announced on January 14 . We don't want to take anything away from this competition though, and I'm adding on some small prizes that's kicking around the office (maybe some games etc . ) We will start some threads in the new year, as we don't want to confuse everyone with having two competitions running simultaneously :) |
