The HDD doesn't have any way to change the jumper settings aside from a software package that doesn't detect the drive. So the drive is faulty or my mobo is too old and an upgrade *groan* for it is in order. I'll take it back and get those who sold it to me to test it and/or return it and get another brand with easily usable jumper settings. |
