2009-06-03 08:24:00 | Cheers Wainui, will give it a run later, when I can get my parents help they should be able to translate for me. Realise its not a true admin, whatever happened to the good old days of double ctrl+alt+del then logging in as administrator :)

2009-06-03 08:35:00 | whatever happened to the good old days of double ctrl+alt+del then logging in as administrator yeah -- removing good functions -- its called "progress" so we are told  | wainuitech (129) | |
2009-06-03 10:27:00 | Just a thought - if the Nodremoval doesn't work try Microsofts uninstaller (support.microsoft.com) it may pick up ESS and remove it enough to allow reinstalling, then correct removal to fully clean. I've never run the MS one in Vista, but will try tomorrow and see what happens - got one program on a workshop vista that wont budge as well - good time to try it out ? :D

2009-06-03 10:34:00 | Or you can try appremover that I mentioned earlier....fully removes most Security suites, including Eset products last time I checked.. | Blam (54) | |
2009-06-04 05:49:00 | The NOD32 removal tool only removed start menu shortcuts, will try the MS tool later. Anyone else had experience with appremover, I see its in RC and don't really have time to mess around testing it, I've got multiple uni assignments due and can't afford a screw up at the moment.

2009-06-05 03:13:00 | Finally got it uninstalled. Thanks for all the help guys. Removed half the files etc from outside of Vista but it worked in the end.
