779984 2009-06-06 02:04:00 I only use my iPod for music, and it always seems to fill up with files itunes classifies as "Other" & they remain behind after I delete all music off my ipod. I can delete it by using the ipod restore feature in Itunes, but it gets annoying having to do that all the time.

I usually use winamp for everything, but when I buy music from the itunes store I just use itunes to transfer it rather than switching back to winamp

Has anyone else had trouble like this with their ipod?

779985 2009-06-06 09:43:00 You sure its not just how WinAmp is filling up your iPod? Are you using the built-in iPod library or ml_ipod?

If not, it may be worth looking in to:

779986 2009-06-06 22:41:00 I'm using the built in ipod library. I thought it was supposed to be better than ML_Ipod? Greven (91)
779987 2009-06-06 23:23:00 It is a Common problem (forums.macrumors.com) - have a customer who has the same thing, usually GB's in "Other"-- Seems its a combination of cover art, notes and junk, Resetting the Ipod back to factory default usually clears it, then you resync the ipod back to the songs you want. wainuitech (129)
