| 779971 | 2009-06-05 22:45:00 | Hi there Ive oopened up an image with Paintshop Pro, but I cant do anything with it as the 2nd layer of controls are greyed out. I suspect this is because the image has been tagged with (Background) no doubt to protect it. Even adding a new layer and pasting the Background image into it, wont free up the greyed out tools, like Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen Thanks john in Mosgiel. |
