| 621201 | 2007-12-16 22:06:00 | And what is the story about why the xmas fairy is sitting on the very top of the xmas tree? :D :D :D . | BobM (1138) | ||
| 621202 | 2007-12-16 22:13:00 | My partners work had a real christmas tree in their office last year. Sometime during lunch the receptionist became aware of some chirping sounds coming from the tree. yep, they'd cut it down with a nest with 4 chicks in it. They were hungry as. No need to say that this year they have a fake tree, and have boycotted the company that sold them the real tree. The chicks were taken to the bird lady in Albany, and were released into the wild after being fed and nurtured to adulthood. Still, the mama-bird would have been looking for her young ones in vein. :dogeye: |

| 621206 | 2007-12-17 18:46:00 | Got the fake tree put up in the weekend . Doesn't smell like a nice real tree but at least the decorations stay on instead of sliding off the droopy branches . The ones higher than a metre that is . The fur kid thinks the tree is a new toy for him and has been stealing all the ones he can reach . Can't blame him for the tree toppling over a couple of hours after setting it up though . It's a bad idea to decorate only the side that you can see . :p  |
