Alternatively, you can get one of those inverters from Jaycar and plug in your laptop into the power outlet normally.

We have an inverter, but we want to try avoid using it, as our holiday vehicle has a lot of other power demands, and it seems a waste of power to convert from ~12 volts to 230 volts back to 19 volts. |
