780134 2009-06-06 12:42:00 Welcome to PF1:)

Firstly, in device manager(run>devmgmt.msc) is the SD Card detected?

And is the card reader confirmed to be working. Try another card and see what happens

780136 2009-06-06 13:11:00 Unless the reader is an SDHC reader, it probably wont / cant read any card higher than 4 GB. If youre using XP, this may help (support.microsoft.com). If it doesnt, you'll have to buy an SDHC card reader, to read that card Speedy Gonzales (78)

+1, 16gb indicates that it is an SDHC card, therefore normal SD readers cannot read it.

Here's a cheap one on TM, only $10 including postage:)

780138 2009-06-06 13:40:00 Or if you want an internal reader (it plugs into a USB header, and goes into a 3.5 bay), see if whoever has an Apacer E101 card reader. Its an SDHC card reader. Its what I'm using here. Speedy Gonzales (78)
