623589	2007-12-23 11:18:00	The phone is having alot of problems Tried on a different phone line it works but the 2nd handset which is like 5m away the from the base handset.It says out of range. The base handset when next to the PAP2t/Modem and computer is making the phone distorted crackling sound.Sometimes there wont be any problems.Other times a soft fuzzy sound. Also the phone book of the handset seems to have been used by someone else because it had a list of phone numbers. Noel leeming tried but and it worked but over here it doesn't Do I have the right to exchange to say some other brand like panasonic because it just isnt working for us?	Ninjabear (2948)

You sure do,the phone is not doing what one might reasonably expect. As Billy would say,go back and be reasonable with them.I am sure no one wants you to have a phone that doesn't work.	Cicero (40)
623591	2007-12-24 05:11:00	I took it back and i wanted a different brand and model but they didnt have any so they gave the money back. I went to noel leeming and they dont sell additional handset so went to dicksmith and bought a different uniden model. A lack of landline phones in shops. Very disapointed shopping at new plymouth	Ninjabear (2948)
