623532 2007-12-22 01:05:00 If you rent a boat for a private party and take the boat out to sea and some of your party guests on the boat decide to take their clothes off on the boat's deck, does this mean they will be arrested for public nudity or is being nude on a private boat at sea NOT nudity in public? lance4k (4644)

they're for not drowning - so in theory you should always wear one or learn to swim well

in practice you try not to fall into the water accidentally
