Some contracts stipulate normal time up to 50 hours and then each hour to be paid at time and a half (or whatever) It all depends whats in the Employment Contract |

Some employers will only pay at 1x normal pay for overtime, whereas some will be more generous and offer 1.25 or 1.5x. If you're salaried, then you get paid $0 for overtime... |
