| 625160 | 2007-12-27 23:19:00 | Does the advertising standards authority have the power to regulate advertisements on NZ hosted websites? And what about a website of a NZ person that is hosted overseas? Or can't the advertising standards authority regulate any website(nz or overseas)? I was reading in the herald that a website of a nz choir was told to remove a quote from it by the advertising standards authority after someone made a complaint. |
