625124 2007-12-29 02:53:00 They are just downright... wont say

its getting to the point where we've had enough. sending off another letter, it seems that they haven't yet replied, and their staff are just downright rude.

I hate big companies.

Arrogance.

And then, they are charging us for a month after the account even though we asked them for it to be terminated....

Thats not on.

Really we've just had enough, and we're about to go further. No giving in on this one.

Their marketing manager in the past has replied on these forums, although I don't recall his name, and don't know if he has posted since they were on Fair Go.

His name is Paul Brislen, he now seems to hang around on the Vodafone New Zealand forum (www.geekzone.co.nz) over on Geekzone (www.geekzone.co.nz)

Why is it their marketing manager replying? Marketing doesn't exactly instill confidence or trust.

I guess he is pretty busy with all the recent problems that they have had with their overloaded network between NZ and OZ , as per these stories. The Paul guy in the stories is the same one who used to reply here, which I do commend him for.

625129 2008-01-03 10:20:00 He must now be only replying at geekzone.

I would recommend posting you complaint at geekzone, and he should see it there.

625130 2008-01-03 11:51:00 Suggest you go to the small claims tribunal - costs $20, but it is well worth it - they tore up my son's bill when I took that tack. KenESmith (6287)
