I hate big companies. Arrogance. And then, they are charging us for a month after the account even though we asked them for it to be terminated.... Thats not on. Really we've just had enough, and we're about to go further. No giving in on this one. |

I guess he is pretty busy with all the recent problems that they have had with their overloaded network between NZ and OZ , as per these stories.
