| 627421 | 2008-01-04 02:54:00 | They are so good with broiadband, how can they be so terrible with their phone services? Ever since I opened this place I've gone round in circles with them. I probably spoke to every tech in the company trying to get VOIP working. Gave up and got a landline with Ihug. Shifted tolls to Xnet, and what a mission. Recently shifted landline to Orcon (and had to move tolls again) then shifted them back to Xnet. Basically what happens is you ring Xnet phone services, give them all your details and nothing happens. You chase it up to find nothing has been actioned, things have been left, and half your details are incorrect. They've done this to me 3 times now. |

| 627422 | 2008-01-04 03:27:00 | I'm stunned. I've found their VoIP service to be every bit as good as their broadband service. Sounds like you've had a bit of a rough time though :(. Out of curiosity, what was the issue you were having with VoIP? |

| 627423 | 2008-01-04 04:12:00 | The issue with VOIP? It wouldn't work. Specifically: No incoming ring no matter what phone I used. No Connection with eftpos at all. Used their SP2102 or whatever its model number was, the one they recommended. |

| 627425 | 2008-01-04 05:23:00 | I rung Xnet on the 31st due to the fact the volume was quite low with VFX .On the 2nd of January they called me to ask me if I was having trouble.Never have I had seen or head an ISP that actually call customers | Ninjabear (2948) | ||
| 627426 | 2008-01-04 07:01:00 | I did Geekzone. Zilch................Old news now anyway, I lost interest ages ago. Another thing, Xnet came awfully close to poutting off a few people as they telemarket VFX and Tolls. |

Another thing, Xnet came awfully close to poutting off a few people as they telemarket VFX and Tolls. If they subcontract out their telemarketing to an offshore company, and they then phone me like slingshot/callplus did, I would leave them instantly. I despise companies that don't have the respect for their customers, and employing a cheap callcentre in Asia to advertise their services, rather than employ NZers . These asian telemarketers are very hard to understand with their broken english, and when you request to speak to their supervisor they hang up on you. |

I will be looking at there 1000 mins for $20,should be fool proof? |
