626080 2007-12-31 17:09:00 There's a tract of new homes about 1/2 mile from me that has the option of 12 bedrooms . . . but they offer them with the ability to open some up into others and create really large rooms that way .

Well, this new tract that I speak of has a theater option that takes 4 or 5 bedrooms, combines them into one larger theater with a sloping floor and one of these massive plasma screens as the display .

The cost is factored into the escrowed amount and the house payments just get a slight bump for the modifications .

It's either that or a his-n-her's pair of Cadillac SRXs ( . diariomotor . com/imagenes/cadillac-srx-2007-1 . jpg" target="_blank">www . diariomotor . com) or a choice of one of these Cadillac Echelon Limousines ( . imagef1 . net . nz/files/2008_Echelon_and_Echelon-L_low-res . JPG" target="_blank">www . imagef1 . net . nz) in the garage . Chauffeur not included .

Homes aren't selling and I guess they have to offer something to move them . Next month they may add the driver though .

Funny . . . it looks like my whole house would fit into the garage .

Only as long as you can afford the TV & modifications to fit it in your house
