I know of people who have hired freelancers (in India and Russia) to do some design work - mainly in Photoshop, but developing website templates and so forth - and they have been pleased with the results. An alternative is to use a site like www.sjs.co.nz, and support NZ's economy. I have previously hired people (students) through SJS to do some work for me, and have been generally pleased with the people referred through. |
