626523 2008-01-07 09:25:00 weeks always start on a sunday on a calender, well all the ones I have seen

Could you please tell me why, if I click on the clock in the Taskbar bottom right on my system the week starts on a Monday then?

The calendar I have in the kitchen does start on a Sunday.

If I open Outlook 2003 the calendar has Monday as the start of a week as well.

Also MY WEEK starts on Monday as I get paid from Mon to Sun on the Tue following the week I worked.

We all have to process and interpret the information we receive in various ways.

Just opens Publisher to create calendar. Quick publication for print.

Week starts on Monday by default.

All complaints by people regarding Clock and Calendar should be disregarded.
Why is it so important to a minority? So long as you set YOUR system to the correct time zone what does it matter. I agree that the PressF1 clock should be correct. This for the date and time but this is NOT critical. I think that password was correct in bringing this to attention.

File modification times and dates are important on computers for various reasons.

The problem now arises that some PressF1 members will whine or moan again.

I do note that I may join this forum and do not have to pay.

I wonder if all PressF1 members are prepared to actually pay for the priviledge of using this forum. This to pay a person to keep everything at the right time and date for the server(s)

A number of people just want FREE, FREE, FREE.
Other remove ADVERTS, POPUPS etc. I would not be qualified to get employment with Fairfax as I would be too old.

I do keep the date and time correct on my computer to the point of connecting to a time server and updating. Just noticed my watch is 4 seconds fast. Oh dear. I will take the time and trouble to sync that otherwise I will leave for work 4 seconds early.

This message (post) will leave my system at 11:55:15
