When one makes a decision....... is it assuming we know best or is it based on logic? do we assume that white is white......... or is it a logic thing that we know white is white? Like a plane flies in the air just fine with its wings and motor. is it assuming we safe or is it logic we know we safe? grass is green? but milk is made from grass and its white........ beetle:lol: Beets my fine (non)feathered friend. Colours - we learn very early the different colours (assuming we are not colour blind). The subconscious brain quickly determines what colour is what especially with traffic lights (imagine if they swapped the position of the red and green - imagine the chaos). My wife made a blue pav years ago. The neighbours young child wouldn't eat it because pav's are white not blue :horrified Decision making... yes well... I presume we all make decisions in similar ways, weigh up the pros and cons and come up with a decision; but different people apply different criteria etc and therefore in the same situation, come up with different decisions. Also there are minor decisions "what will I wear today" as opposed to "How much should I spend on a house". Also if it is a consumer buying decision, the marketing people will try to influence that decision and get you to buy their product (which often annoys the h*ll out of me). Flying - flying is safer than driving your car but if you ask my mother-in-law she "feels" that driving is safer and that is because her subconscious is overiding her conscious brain and telling her that how can you be safe when you are 30,000 feet in the air and travelling at 500mph. It will hurt if you don't connect with the ground properly (full flap and just on the stall). I love flying and normally don't have a problem. Occasionally though, my subconscious will question the last maintenance that was done on the aircraft which will play on my mind.	dolby digital (5073)
