626766 2008-01-04 22:06:00 Rubbish it might be, but at least it is harmless and interesting rubbish.

Does that mean that if it was discussed in May 2006 we are not permitted to discuss that rubbish again?

Rubbish can be fun!

626767 2008-01-04 22:44:00 Here is a few other weird ones:

Honey is the only food that does not spoil . Honey found in the tombs of Egyptian pharaohs has been tasted by archaeologists and found edible .

Swans are the only birds with penises .

A dentist invented the Electric Chair .

About 100 people choke to death on ballpoint pens each year .

Over 2500 left handed people are killed each year from using products made for right handed people .

As for harmless? Well sure it's harmless, but it's part of a plague of net crapola that replaces knowledge with "I read it on the net so it must be true" style of education ....

too right

but it's still not as bad as all the crap we get in our emails about some BS and having to send it on to ten people or suffer - what gets me is people never remove the raft of email addresses that builds up, so i imagine if a spammer got a hold of one of these emails with hundreds (or thousands) of addresses on it they'd think they hit the jackpot!
