Try installing updates for office using MS office or windows Uppdate as well installing drivers for your printer |

What Konica model is your printer? I have had a similar issue with a HP printer. The drivers for the printer may be Postscript drivers and you may need to change it to PCL5 or PCL6 drivers. Is your printer networked? Are you connected through a print server? |

I've had problems in the past with Kyocera printers - some text would come out as garbage. The solution in that case was to turn off the "use printer fonts" setting - the printer would choose a font that didn't match the one Windows thought it was printing in.
That setting forces the printer to load the font data from Windows, so the preview should match the hardcopy. |
