SJ, the Kiwi dollar is worth 0.79 USD.

That's because your dollar is a left side dollar and the US dollar is on the right side....

Left side dollars also look larger....hence my defense...

Did you notice that gold hit a new--all-time high? ($901.90USD)

629239 2008-01-16 09:21:00 When I was in India I saw Tata trucks everywhere, something like GM in the USA. The horns on those trucks are something else - very loud and musical - I considered for awhile buying one and slamming it on my car! That photo of SJ's is typical since overloading is common. 629240 2008-01-16 11:28:00 Yeah, thats definitely how we get our stuff around though most trucks usually have more goods on it and definitely more people sitting in it.

The world's population WILL start to go down in the next 10-12 years as the huge no.'s of baby boomers start to die out. It will be a natural dip in the world's population pattern.
