| 628770 | 2008-01-11 16:25:00 | Neither was it unusual to have to Login when I tried to open PressF1 - from my Bookmarks, as usual - as occasionally the comp loses the PF1 autologon. Hi Laura You may well have a home page which suits you well.........but if not can I suggest using http://home.nzcity.co.nz/ I have used it for countless years and find it great. You can put links to the sites that you visit most often down the right hand side. You can conduct searches on Google, Yahoo, Search NZ, White Pages etc direct from the home page. You can customise quite a lot, including the weather for your home city or area. I use it to convert into US dollars or GB pounds etc when I want to know how much I might have to pay in NZ dollars. I could ramble on ! ;) Seems to me a much more user friendly way of getting to the sites you use most often than using bookmarks. cheers Misty :) |

The media is also at fault because they publish the whinging from professional whingers. If some tinpot isp had problems it wouldnt rate the huge media circus exposure that xtra gets when it has an outage. Perhaps xtra could learn from my business, if any customer even mentions an opposition company name even in jest, once they have paid their account due its closed and they are blacklisted. If they like the opposition so much they can use them. Bit like at airport you dont make jokes about hijacking a plane. C1 Sounds like xtra is well matched to you. Enjoy each other :) |
