| 628961 | 2008-01-10 07:45:00 | Their VOIP wasn't very good either last time I tested it, and although I haven't had to call their helpdesk for a long time, I regularly hear stories from others as to how bad they are. Its actually improved so much since I joined up and we were one of the very first customers of their VOIP service. They also outsourced their helpdesk and its never been better. |
